Natural world in danger.

            Dodo is a large extinct bird. The last of dodo that couldn’t fly died many years ago.  It   died in 1914.The reason is that people kills animals and destroys their habitats.

It is not just animals that are in danger.  The world had over nine million square km of forests.

This is a lot of trees, and also a lot of different species of trees. But they are disappearing fast. Every day we use paper and cardboard, both made from wood. We use different kinds of wood in furniture and in other ways. Every year over 100.000 squares km of forests are cleared for different uses. The huge forests help to control the world’s weather and to produce mach of the oxygen in the air. There are many illnesses which we still cannot cure. There are old ones like cancer and new ones like HIV infection. The world is beautiful! Look around you! In a world of so many beautiful creatures! So let's take care of them together!
